Free State Breaks Into Land Annuity Funds. MONEY DUE TO BRITAIN. (Hecelved 10 a.m.) LONDON", March 30. "The Times" correspondent in Dublin says that for the first time since the beginning of the financial dispute between Britain and the Free State, the Government of the latter has raided the suspense account, into which all disputed moneys were paid. He reports that £583,710 has been withdrawn, according to the Dublin "Gazette," and the money will be used for purposes approved by the Executive Council.
