REGULATIONS MODIFIED. (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON", this day. The Transport Department's regulations regarding goods services have undergone some modifications, details of which are expected to be announced shortly. These follow receipt of objections forwarded by local bodies and by a conference between the interests affected. The object, it is gathered, is to make regulations more flexible in order to secure the best results from them.
