SMALLPOX CASE.
VESSEL BOUND FOR SYDNEY. , (Received 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. A smallpox case occurred in the steerage of the steamer Taiping, en route from Hongkong to Sydney. The patient is a Chinese and will be landed on Thursday Island. The passengers are being vaccinated, and their early release is anticipated after arrival at Sydney.
