Under these conditions, 6aid th« county chairman, the work would have to be abandoned, in view of the added cost to the ratepayers.
Mr. Faram said that he had not seen any evidence of the " go-slow " policy being adopted by relief workers in the county If such were to occur disciplinary measures would be taken immediately.
Mr. Bishop said that the number of relief workers employed by the countv was 1100. .
