PAYING U.S. LOAN.
IRISH FREE STATE SCHEME.
LONDON, December 21,
The Irish Free State announces a plan for the repayment of the balance of the American" loan of £1,000,000, which was raised during the troubles of 1918-20, by paying lj dollars for every dollar subscribed, less the amount already paid. The Government is introducing a bill along these lines in the Dail.
