£7000 FINE ON OHITTAGONG. (Received 1 p.m.) CALCUTTA, December 20. The realisation of the fine of £7000 imposed on the inhabitants of Chittagong for their failure to assist the authorities to apprehend terrorists was started yesterday, following the refusal of the Governor of Bengal to remit or postpone the collection.
