PARLEYS CONTINUE.

DISARMAMENT QUESTIONS. (British Official ■Wireless.) (Received 1 p.m.) RUGBY, December 20. Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald, questioned in the House of Commons regarding disarmament, referred to the resolution of the Disarmament Conference which invited the Powers which were parties to the Washington and London naval treaties to confer, and stated that conversations accordingly had been taking place and further efforts had recently been made by British and American delegations to discover a solution of the outstanding difficulties. Conversations would continue, but there was no question at present of holding a meeting of these Powers. No decisions had yet been taken as to holding another meeting of the five Powers who recently conferred at Geneva on the work of the Disarmament Conference.
