Arriving at Auckland this morning, with passengers, mails and cargo from

London, the motor ship Rangitata took the berth at the Queen's wharf vacated by the passenger steamer Monterey, , which sailed yesterday afternoon for ( Suva. Pajro Pago, Honolulu, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. The only other overseas ship arriving at Auckland to-day I was the Kairanga, with wheat from I Sydney for discharge at the Queen's ; wharf. On her return trip to Sydney, the Union Company's passWer steamer Marama is to sail from tlic Queen's wharf at 3 p.m. cm Friday. MONTEREY SAILED. In continuation of her voyage from Melhniirnp m<l Svdney, the Oceanic Lines pasSr Reamer Monterey sailed yesterday afternoon for San Francisco, via Su\.i, Pago Pago, Honolulu and Los Angeles. RUAHINE TO LOAD. To continue loading for London, the New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Riialiine is due at Auckland from New Plyport on January C. RAXGITATA ARRIVED. Willi passengers, mails ami cargo from London, via Panama, the New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Rangltata .arrived at Auckland this morning, and berthed at the Queen's wharf. Frpm here she is to go to Wellington to complete discharge. NIAGARA'S MOVEMENTS. From Vancouver, via Honolulu and Suva, the Union Company's R.M.s. Niagara is due at Auckland next Monday morning. She is to resume her voyage to Sydney at o p.m. on Tuesday. OTAIO'S BERTH. 4. berth at the Central wharf has been allotted to the New Zealand Shipping Company's motor ship Otaio, which is due at Auckland from Bluff at noon on l<nday to continue homeward loading.
