CLOUDY TONGAB.IRO WATER. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this day. A reassuring report that the discoloration of the water in the Tongariro is not proving harmful to fish was received by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Mr. A. Hamilton, from the conservator of fish, Mr. James, of Rotorua. The apparent cause was vegetation from Lake Aira, brought down by the Poutu River.
