BREAKS MINUTE FOR 100 YARDS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day.. Swimming in tho intermediate and junior provincial championships-last night, W. 3. Jarvis, intermediate title holder, won the 300 yards in 50s. This is the first- time the minute has been broken by an Otago ewimmer. Jarvis was never extended and won easily,from R. . Qeddes.
