FEWER BANKRUPTCIES.

NOVEMBER RETURNS. There wero only four bankruptcies last month, as compared with 13 in October. Except for a return of three in January last, it was the smallest number recorded during the year. The number of bankruptcies recorded for th© 11 months of the year is 101. In 1931 the total for the 11 months was 121, in 1030, 131, and in 1929, 119. Bankruptcies last month were a hardware merchant, a secretary and two manufacturers trading together.
