PERSONAL.
Mr. J. B. Donald left by the Limited express for Wellington last night. Mr. Walter Impett, of Auckland, returned to Wellington to-day from Nelson.
Mr. and Mrs. J. Yock, of Epsom, intend leaving the Dominion on a trip to the United Kingdom early in the New Year. Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Rogerson, of Epsom, left Auckland by the Maunganui to-day on a holiday visit to Sydney and Melbourne.
Professor T. G. R. Blunt, of Canterbury College, Christchurch, arrived in Wellington last night with the Otago cricket team. He intends spending a holiday in Auckland and the Waikato. Mr. E. R. Cameron, manager of the Bank of New South Wales at Thames, retired to-day on superannuation. He has been in the service of the bank for 34 years, and lie held the position of accountant at Hastings and Masterton. He was manager at Eketahuna, Westport and Thames. It is the intention of Mr. Cameron and Mrs. Cameron to make their home in Auckland.
