A.A.A. TRIAL RESULTS.

SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCES

ANOTHER TEST PROPOSED

Results of the motor reliability trial held on May 23 hy the Auckland Automobile Association have been announced. Thc test was held over a round-about route between Auckland and Wahvera, the full distance 'being about 150 mile*;.

Mr. R. E. Champbalouip, touring manager of tlie association, said the 'benefits of the trial had fully justified the enterprise. It was hoped to organise one of -a. more com-, prehensive nature, which would be held early in the spring. Six entrants in the trial closely approached the possible success of 1000 points in the silver cup award. The result was:—Wolscley Hornet, Canadian Knight and Whippet Company, points, I; Plymouth, G. W. Spr-agg, 971.5 points, 2; Triumph, L. A. Miller, 968.2 points, 3; Morris Minor, Dominion Motors, 066.0 points. 4; Plymouth, S. K. Lan-gstone, 065.6 points, 5; Austin 7, N. H. Smith, 964.9 points, 6.

Petrol Consumpton Results.
