MEN'S RAIMENT,
SOVIET DRESS REFORM. BERLIN, May 15. "Men have such beautiful throats," said several women speakers at a clothing factory at Yolodarsky. The result is that a prescription has been issued throughout Russia for twopiece pocketless suits, with wide trousers tight over the ankles, prcventing the hiding of dirty boots; and eollarless and v-shapeel necks. Pockets being regarded as a nest for microbes, washable pouches are attached to*belts worn with the suits.
