FLIGHT OVER RUSSIA.

PERMISSION TO AMERICANS. (Received 11.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, May 21. The Soviet Government has reversed its previous decision and given permission for Messrs. Wiley Post and Harold Hatty, American airmen, to fly over Russia on their projected- round-the-world flight. The Soviet Information Bureau at Washiugtjn has been advised from Moscow to that effect.
