Pursuant to and Order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Auckland, on the loth day of May, 1931, notice is hereby given that all Creditors and other Persons having Claims against the Estate of the abovenamed ANNIE GOLDER (deceased), who died on or about the 24th day of JANUARY, 1931, and Probate of whose Will was granted on the 20th day of February, 1931, are hereby required to send in their Claims, together with written particulars thereof, to her Executors, ANNIE MAY GOLDER and JOHN ALEXANDER, care of Messieurs Alexander, Bennett, Sutherland and Warnock, Solicitors, of O'Connell Street, Auckland, on or before MONDAY r , the 30th day of June, 1931.
