SUGGESTION FROM DUNEDIN. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN* this day. At a meeting of unemployed to-day the Mayor, Mr. R. S. Black, mentioned that -10 men slept out on Thursday. H« had telegraphed to the Minister of Defence, the Hon. J. G.
