ALMOST DESTITUTE.
N.S.W. Tourists Short of Money In London. SAVINGS BANK CLOSURE. (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, May 1. A _ number of New South Wales tourists in London are in a serious predicament through- thfr closing of the State Savings Bank. They aro unable to pay their hotel bills and are almost destitute. They have jointly appealed to the Agency-General to release money to permit them to go homo immediately.
