EXPORT PRICES UNCHANGED. INTIMATION FROM NEW YORK.

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. It was reported recently that Messrs. Price Brothers and Company, Limited, had made an announcement from their New York office to the effect that the price of newsprint would be reduced by five dollars per ton from May 1, 1931. The New Zealand agents of Price Brothers have now received cabled advice that it is not contemplated that any reduction will be made in the export market.
