MAN FOUND IN HOTEL.
» CHARGE AGAINST CONSTABLE DISMISSED. "IN EXECUTION OF HIS DUTY." (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDLN, Friday. Constable Kirk and three other men were charged in the Port Chalmers Poice Court to-day with being found unlawfully on licensed premises after hours. The constable pleaded not guilty, and said he was there in the execution of his duty. The charge against him was dismissed. The other three men pleaded guilty and were fined 10/ each and costs. The licensee, David Middleton, for exposing liquor for sale during prohibited hours, was fined £5, and his license was endorsed. ,
