STRUCK BY MOTOR CYCLE.
ELDERLY LADY INJURED.
CONDITION FAIRLY SERIOUS.
Severe concussion and shock were suffered by Mrs. Augusta Edger, aged /3, who resides at Courtville, Waterloo Quadrant, when she was knocked down by a motor cycle on the Great SouthRoad, near the Dilworth School, shortly after ten o'clock last evening. She was taken to the Auckland Hospital by the hospital ambulance and is in a fairly serious condition. Mrs. Edger is the widow of the late Judge Edger, of the Native Land Court, who died some years ago.
