CLERK BEFORE COURT. MEMBER OF .STATE MINES STAFF. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, Monday. The chief clerk for the State Mines Department at Diuiollic, Frank Brace, appeared on remand in the Greymouth Magistrate's Court to-day charged with tlic theft of £433. He pleaded not ftuilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial.
