NETHERTON INSTITUTE.

On the 23rd inst. the Netherton Women's Institute held its monthly meeting in the Netherton Hall, when Mrs. Scudamoro presided. The financial result of the children's ball disclosed that a substantial donation will be handed to the hall committee. Amusement was caused at the assorted replies to the sing, say, or penny pay roll call. Next month roll call will be answered with recipes for sandwich fillings. Mrs. L. Sanderson gave a demonstration in paper flower making. Afternoon tea was served, by the hostesses, Mesdames Adam and Andrews.
