The weather was fine but the course was Mervette, Paganelli and The Sun finished in that order at the end of six furlongs in 1.22 1-5. Mervette went nicely throughout. The track was no in favour of Paganelli, while The Sun s gallop was good, as he had a big weight U P- . • r Stonehenge and Imammt ran six furlongs in 1.23. Stonehenge, who was on the inside, was elightly in front at the finish, hut the filly was also going well. These horses have been 'improved by recent racing. 11.
