NEWMARKET DRAINAGE.
LOAN SCHEME DELAYED.
Delay in the sanction of a UraEoage loan of £4000 by the Local Government Loans Board was reported at a meeting of the Newmarket Borough Council last evening.
The Loans Board expressed its regret in , a letter to the council, and suggested that the Public Works Department at Auckland be approached to facilitate the investigations.
