SLIP BLOCKS ROAD.
} NAPIER- GISB OKNE HIGHWAY. PASSENGERS HELD UP. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER, Thursday. A large slip two miles south of Wairoa blocks the Napier-Gieborne highway for a chain. It will be three days before it is cleared. Travellers are blocked, but mails are getting through. The main Waikaremoana Road is blocked 19 miles from Wairoa by a slip and deep water.
