CAMPAIGN : r • . • . • / * • j ; In order to assist the great "Conquer Cancer" Campaign, the Manufacturers of Auckland are holding a unique type of Market on the First Floor of the Queen's Arcade, next Dilworth Buildings, Auckland —the proceeds of which are to be devoted to the establishment of a Cancer Clinic, where free advice and treatment will be available to all, together with other preventive services. In this Market, New Zealand-made goods will be displayed, and any subscriber to the Campaign Funds (*) wishing to obtain any particular article may do so by putting in a written tender. On the Monday morning following each week the tenders will be opened, and the various articles will go to the highest bidders. This Market thus olfers you both an opportunity of securing sensational valufc for your money—a 2/6 bid may secure a handsome gramophone—and at the same time you will have the , satisfaction of knowing that you are assisting one of the greatest causes in the interests of humanity that has been , projected in modern times! *2/6 donated to the Campaign funds will entitle you to a ticket which, in turn, makes you eligible to put in a tender for any of the goods displayed: Tender often—and as high as you can afford
