ROTORUA EXPRESS SERVICE. QUESTION IN THE HOUSE. (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) ( . WELLINGTON", tliis day. Inquiry was made <by Mr. Lee. Martin (Labour, Raglan) .in the House of Representatives to-day as to how the Rotorua express was paying. Mr. Martin said as far as ho liad been able to see the observation car was not occupied for the greater part of the year. Mr. Martin said he doubted whether the expectations of the Department Ave re •being justified by- the extent to which the service was patronised.
