I According to information supplied by the National Development Bureau in 'Ottawa production of newsprint keeps remarkably, dose to-the consumptive demand. At the end of March .Canadian mills had on hand 38,681 tons and United States mills 24,004 tons. The, combined • stock%were equivalent to 3.7 days' average production.
