Christie', left Auckland yesterday for England . ivhej ; e, it is understood, he will' link up with tlip New Zealand delegation to the Imperial Conference and render legal assistance in connection with their work; The main dbject of the visit, however, arises out of a eontract entered into by the Government with the firm of Butterworth, Ltd.. for the publication, of an annotated edition of,the New Zealand Statutes.■ -. ■ Mr. Christie will; confer in London with ■ Buttcrworth's editorial staff. ■-~;
