HARBOUR BOARD.
The Auckland Harbour Board met j'esterday afternoon, the chairman, Mr. H. H. Wynyard, presiding, The Marine Department advised that the plans for the proposeE wharf at Big Bayi Mamikau Harbour, had been approved. Licenses were granted to the St. George's Bay Rowing Club and thcAucklancl Rowing Club for boat shed sites in Hobso'n Bay, on the south side of the waterfront road, westward of No.. 2 bridge. Permission for the sublease, of a portion of the old dock site for a miniature golf course was granted, the previous decision of the board refusing permission being rescinded.
