ATLANTIC ASPIRANTS. MONTREAL, September 15. A message from Charlottetowu, Prince Edward Island, states that Captain E. J. Boyd and Lieutenant H. Connor were prevented by unfavourable weatlher frpm continuing their flight to Harbour Grace, Newfoundland, when they intend to attempt an Atlantic crossing.
