TRADE UNION PROPOSALS. (Received 11 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. The special inter-State conference of the Australasian Council of Trade Unions adopted the sub-committee's report dealing with unemployment and wage reductions. . v• : Among the recommendations made were: (1) That, in order to free the credit resources of the country, the Federal Government, should provide a sum of £20,000,000;; (2) that the decisions of the Premiers' Conference should be repudiated by the State aiid Federal Labour Governments; and (3) that the Loan Council should be dissolved. '
