CAMBRIDGE DAIRY PAY-OUTS.
The Bruntwood Compauy experienced a most successful month, the supply, 29,8121b butterfat, exceeding that of the same month last year by 46861b. 708,1031b of" milk were supplied during the month. The rate of advance was fixed at 1/2, representing a distribution of £1739 0/8. The previous season's advance was 1/6 a lb, and the total pay-out was £1884 9/6. The Cambridge company will advance a total pay-out of £10,509, on the basis of 1/2 for cheese and lid for butter. The total advance for the same period last year was £12,935, on the basis of 1/6 for cheese and 1/5 for butter. So far this season this company has advanced to suppliers a total of £15,840, against £21,100 last year. The butterfat supply for August showed an increase of 10 per Cent. '
