Last week Maddox beat Sullivan. G. E. Adams has the intermediate level well in hand, but the second placegetter is still concealed. Last week Lennard and Jeffreys drew. The result in the handicap ia more obscure; several players still have a chance. Last week Gale {class 4) beat Sutton (class 4), Belton (class 6) beat Sale (class lb,), Edwards, (class 5);-beat D. Jonee (class lb), Sutton beat Drott, (class 4), Maddox. (class lb) beat Lingard (class 8).
