Pursuant to an Order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland on the 20th day of August, 1930, notice is hereby given that all Creditors and other persons having claims against the estate of the above-named Frederick Joseph Gill, who died on or about the 20th day of September, 1929, and Letters of Administration with will annexed of whose estate were granted on the 13th day of February, 1930, are hereby required to send in their claims, together with written' particulars thereof to his administrator, the Guardian Trust and Executors Company of New Zealand, Limited, at its office, corner Shortland and High Streets, Auckland, or to Brookfield, Prendergast and Schnauer, Solicitors for the administrator, at their offices, 33-35, Shortland Street, Auckland, on or before the 31st day of OCTOBER, 1930. and notice is hereby further given by the Administrator that after the said 31st day of I October, 1930, the Administrator proposes to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the Claims of which the Administrator has then notice, and in such event pursuant to Section 74 of the Trustee Act, 1908, the Administrator having given the notices directed by the aforesaid order will not be liable for the assets so distributed to any person of whose claim the Administrator had no notice at the time of the distribution of the said assets.
