"UNLESS DEEMED WORTHY"

CLAUSE.

TEST CASE CONTEMPLATED,

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.)

NEW PLYMOUTH, Thursday.

Action in the Supreme Court in Wellington is contemplated to test the validity of the University Senate's action in refusing to grant fellowships to students on the credit list "unless they are deemed worthy."
