The Waimarino Caledonian Society held its annual meeting, on Tuesday evening, when the following officers were elected: — Patron, Mr. G.- J. Goldfinch; president, Mr. T. Purvis: vice-presidents, Messrs. W. F. Thomas, T. Curtis, E. 0. Lightband, A. Clemett, L. Burnett, W. Mclntosh, R. Hangar; secretary, Mr. W. F. Mahony; treasurer, Mr. T. Hall; committee, Messrs. H. B. Melntyre, Scott, Reid, Kerr, luglis, McCarthy, A. Murdie. Fitzgerald, McWilliain, Nation, and Rev. Nightingale.
