PORK PRICES LOWER.
In consequence of a slight easing in the price of pig 3 at Westfield sales, the Master- Butchers' Association announce a corresponding reduction in the retail price of pork as from Monday, September 1. Leg and loin chops will be again 1 / per lb, fore loin, with blade, lOd, corned hand 9d, corned belly lid, and pork sausages Sd per lb, for cash; Id extra charged for booking or delivery.
