GATHERING IN" A BABBIT,

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., Monday.

■ -While out rabbit shooting yesterday a. lad named Maurice Danks, aged 15, was •accidentally shot by a companion with a Pea rifle, but fortunately no vital organs were affected. . .... Banks was about to gather in a rabbit, which had been wounded, when the annimal commenced to move, and his companion fired, striking Danks m the hack. He was operated on this morning.
