Grave Situation in Upper
Sind District.
TOWN ENGULFED.
DELHI, July 25.
Heavy floods which came from the Baluchistan frontier have caused a grave situation in the district of Upper Sind. Tho town of Khanpur has been engulfed, and tho inhabitants have been evacuated to Karachi by relief trains.
The towns of Shikapur and Larkana aro men'aced. Great floods are sweeping across the country from the frontier. Karachi was inundated and completely isolated for 24 hours. Tho entire village of Ghizri was washed seawards.
