BOROUGH COUNCIL'S ATTITUDE. NO IMMEDIATE ACTION. It was learned to-day that the Mount Albert Borough Council does not intend to take immediate action in connection with people who have erected temporary stands in their backyards -to see the third Test match at Eden Park on Saturday. After the match the council will require the residents concerned either to remove the temporary stands or comply with, the building by-laws of the borough.
