STILL WAITING.
QUEUE FOR RUGBY TICKETS. NO TROUBLE OVER CHITS. The out-of-work returned soldiers and a" few others who have been camped in a queue in Exchange Lane since Sunday, in order to be first in the booking of seats On the temporary stand which has been erected at Eden Park for the British Rugby matches, were in good spirits to-day, as their long wait will soon bo over. The plsp will open at 8 a.m. to-morrow. No trouble is being experienced over the much-criticised chits which were issued to peoplo who queued up 011 Saturday night in order to obtain seats on the main stand for the Test match. By mid-day to-day all, but a dozen of tlio chits had been brought to the of]ice and the officials had no difficulty in recognising them as genuine.
1100 TICKETS AVAILABLE. SEATS FOR TEST MATCH. In connection with the sale of tickets for the auxiliary stand at Eden Park the secretary of the Auckland Rugby Union states that 1100 tickets will be sold by Mr. Watts in Exchange Lane for this stand and the number will be limited to six for each person. These tickets entitle the bearer to admission to the auxiliary stand, but do not entitle the holders to a specially reserved position. The secretary stated, however, that there would be ample room for all who obtained tickets.
