ACCIDENTS.

CHILD AND MAT* INJURED. KNOCKED DOWN BY MOTOR CARS. Through being knocked down by a motor car in front of his home yesterday, a child, George Cammell, aged three, of 4G, Onslow Road, Mount Eden received a fracture of the thigh. He was admitted to the Auckland Hospital, and his condition is satisfactory. Mr. A Cooper, aged 71, of Fairholme Avenue, Mount Roskill. had one ankle fractured when he was knocked down by a motor car at the top of Symonds btreet last evening. Mr. Cooper was conveyed by ambulance to the Auckland Hospital, and is reported to be progressing favourably.
