DISARMAMENT HOPES.
EFFECT OF LONDON TREATY. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 12 noon.) KUGBY, April 27. In forwarding the text of the London Naval Treaty to the Secretary-General of the League of. Nations at Geneva, Mr. Earn say Mac Donald has sent an accompanying letter in which he expresses the hope - that the results achieved at the Conference will have the effect of facilitating the future labours of the Preparatory Commission.
