BANANA CORNFLOUR.

This is a delicious supper dish, children, which you will all like, and it will not take much more than a quarter of an hour to make. Take six bananas, skin them, then mash them well ;n a basin witli a fork or spoon. Now take a tablespoon of cornflour, mix it with a little cold milk,- and add to this a pint of boiling milk, stirring as you pour it in. Put this back into the saucepan, add the bananas and a tablespoonful of sugar, and boil the whole for seven minutes, stirring all the time. Turn out into a, glass dish, allow it to set and cool, or eat it hot according to taste.
