CANADIAN PACIFIC-RAILWAY.
With the object of developing- / traffic from overseas to Canada and strengthening the bonds of Empire unity, the Canadian Pacific Railway Company has appointed Mr. H. W. Brodie to the new position of overseas passenger manager. Mr. Brodie has been thirty-five years in the company's passenger department, during which ti'nio li ehas asquired a wide experience throughout Canada, United States and at headquarters, Montreal. From 1910 .until 1922 he was general passenger agent at Vancouver, and since hte latter year has been assistant passenger traffic manager, Montreal. In his new post' he will have a wide sphere of activity, including Europe, the Orient, Australia and New Zealand. During the past five years Mr. Brodie, co-operating with the New . Zealand Government Publicity Department; has done a great deal for the promotion of traffic to this country.
