SWIMMING FOR TEACHERS.
PROPOSED- BATH AT COLLEGE. ' EDUCATION BOARD'S OFFER. A sum of £250 is to be off oral by the Auckland Education Board for the construction of a swimming bath at the Training College. .• At to-day's meeting of the board a letter was received from the Education Department stating that it was prepared to give further consideration to, the application for a grant for a swimming Jjool. The memorandum asked what amount the board w*s prepared to contribute towards the cost.
