Gillett,.stated in the House of Cot nmons that attendance at the London section of-the British Indurtries Fair was: Home buyers, 150,000, against llljOOO m 1929; overseas- buyers, 4800, aj gainst 3V00; public, 51,000, .-.gainst 32,000. The Birmingham figures for all glasses were 150,000, against 120,000 in ; 1929. The results in both cities compared, very favourably with the business donjj last I year.
