LONDON, October 10.

The Government has given permission to Professor Oberth to use a lonely spot on the east coast from which place ho will fire an experimental rocket 30 miles towards the heavens. It will bo fitted with astronomical Instruments and will come down after the manner of a parachute when the propelling charges are exhausted. Professor Oberth is confident that he will get Important data for the construction of the long-distance rocket.
